Sankalp Semiconductor offers SSLVDS_IO_TXT016FFC general purpose IOs targeted for TSMC 16nm FFC process (7-2-2Metal Option). It uses SVT/LVT thin-oxide 1.0 V and 1.8 V transistors with no deep N-well requirement .It operates on a core supply of 0.8 / 1.0 V and I/O supply of 1.8.This Contains LVDS Transmitter cell (lvds18_tx) and reference pad cell (lvds18_vref). All cells are power supply sequence independent.

  • Powered from 1.8V IO supply and 1V/0.8V Core supply
  • Powered from 1.8V +/- 7.5% IO supply and 0.8V +/- 10% or 1.0V -10% & +5% Core supply
  • Operates in junction temperature ranges from -40 to 125 degree Celsius
  • No power supply sequencing restrictions
  • Operates up to a frequency of 1GHz
  • ESD immunity of 2KV HBM, 250V (5A) CDM and +/- 100mA current injection for latch up
  • Weak pull-downs of 20KΩ are provided on the differential outputs
  • Has 5 bit programmability to control VCM and VOD
  • The reference voltage VREF of 0.9V is intended to be supplied through a separate pad called LVDS18_VREF. This is an optional requirement that may be used for tighter control on VOS specification
  • Block Current consumption in GP is 20mA rms while running at 1 GHz and driving 2pF load on both the PADs with 100 Ohm termination.
